  • 1 package of pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper

  • 200ml béchamel sauce
  • 1 fresh cheese mozzarela
  • 1 broth seasoning steaks
  • Dried basil
  • Olives
  • Ham

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Place the dough in the baking, until the point al-dente.

2. PASTA GRATIN WITH BACON AND MUSHROOMS

  • 300g of large mass to taste
  • 200g bacon cut into thin strips or cubes
  • 1 package of cream thin
  • Mushrooms fresh or canned, to taste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Grated cheese for gratinating
  • Oregano or thyme to sprinkle

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Bake the dough with water and salt. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan place a drizzle of olive oil, the chopped onion and the bacon, let it sauté a little, add the mushrooms, washed and cut into blades.
  3. Involves to take a taste, leave a few minutes to heat up to lose the water.
  4. Add the package of cream, wrap and turn off the heat after 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Turn the oven on to 180°C.

3. PASTA AU GRATIN WITH FISH AND BROCCOLI

A simple pasta quick and may also have high nutritional value. It is the case of this tip for pasta gratin with fish and broccoli.

– Ingredients –

  • 350g sprigs of broccoli
  • 250g of cut pasta
  • 600g hake, salmon, or another that you prefer
  • 40g piece of shrimp
  • 1dl of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 70g of flour
  • 250g of cheese Quark
  • Salt and pepper q. b.
  • Nutmeg q. b.
  • 200g of mozzarela, grated

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Throw the fish to a pan and add 1 litre of cold water, with a joke of salt. Heat until boiling and then turn off the heat (let the fish cool in the water).
  2. Heat another pot with water (season with a little salt), bring to the boil and add the sprigs of broccoli, washed and dried. Cook for 4 minutes and remove them with a slotted spoon to a bowl.

  9. Remove from the heat and pour over the mixture of fish. Spread over the mozzarela, grated, and bake in the oven, which should already be at 180°C, until douradinho. Remove and serve hot.

4. PASTA GRATIN WITH VEGETABLES

The options of vegetables in this recipe can be varied with what you have in the kitchen or that you like. The more, the better. Use your creativity with this option.

– Ingredients –

  • 400g of mass to taste
  • 1 eggplant small
  • 2 tomatoes small
  • 200g of fresh mushrooms (or a can)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cabbage broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons of bechamel sauce
  • 200g of grated cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil q. b.
  • Nutmeg q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Leave the vegetables into cubes, take the baking seasoned with salt, the eggplant, the carrots and the broccoli. The vegetables should not be too cooked so that it does not fall apart.
  2. Bake on the part of the mass also seasoned with salt.
  3. When the pasta and the vegetables are cooked place all the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil, the onion and the chopped garlic and let them sauté a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl mix the pasta with the vegetables, the bechamel and the grated cheese. Season with a little nutmeg, and place in the oven for gratinating. Good appetite!
