6 Drinks of Summer With Less Than 30 Kcal per Cup

The time came for the heat, the beach, the sun and the drinks of summer.

Despite being a station that calls for refreshment and solutions hydrating and delicious, it is also a station where nobody wants to abuse the calories.

Combining these two assumptions, the drinks of summer and few calories, we decided to make a list of drinks that you can drink without guilt and still enjoy the flavor that they provide.

6 DRINKS OF SUMMER, DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING

1. LEMONADE, STRAWBERRY (4 SERVINGS)

– Ingredients –

  • 1 cup of strawberries fresh
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of syrup of agave
  • Fresh water
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the tops.
  2. Add to the blender the strawberries, the syrup of agave and the lemon juice and mix until the strawberries are liquid.
  3. Pass the juice to a pitcher with about 500-600ml capacity (if you prefer, pass first the juice through the sieve to remove the larger pieces).
  4. Add the lemon slices and fill with cold water, but not to the top.
  5. Put cubes of ice for a drink cooler.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

2. THE JUICE OF PASSION FRUIT AND ORANGE (2 SERVINGS)

– Ingredients –

  • 2 passion fruit (or the equivalent in pulp of passion fruit)
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • ½ Litre of fresh water
  • 1 lemon peel
  • Ice cubes

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Put the pulp of the passionfruit and the orange juice in a blender and hit.
  2. Pass the liquid through the sieve and pour back into the blender.
  3. Add the water and lemon peel and beat for 1 more minute.
  4. Strain it again and serve this drink in summer with ice cubes.

3. THE JUICE OF WATERMELON AND LIME

– Ingredients –

  • 6 cups of watermelon without seeds (about 1 kg)
  • ½ Teaspoon of fine salt
  • 1 lima

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Put the watermelon in a blender and mix it until it looks homogeneous.
  2. Pass the juice through a sieve to remove larger pieces, and make pressure to shed the maximum of the liquid to the jar.
  3. Put the flower, salt and finally add the slices of lima to the high.
  4. Stir well and is ready to serve in a glass with ice cubes.

4. SPARKLING WATER GINGER AND LEMON (4 SERVINGS)

– Ingredients –

  • 80g ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon slices
  • 10 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 liter of water with gas

– Mode of preparation –

  1. A pitcher great, put the ginger, lemon and mint.
  2. Dump the water with gas and take to the refrigerator for about three hours (do not forget to cover the jar while it is in the cold).
  3. When you are ready to serve, put a few ice cubes.
  4. Mix with a spoon and serve then.

5. JUICE PINEAPPLE, AND CUCUMBER (1 SERVING)

– Ingredients –

  • ½ Cucumber
  • 2 thin slices of pineapple
  • 1 glass of water

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until it form a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Pour into a glass without straining to take advantage of the fiber of the two foods.
  3. Serve with a few ice cubes to a drink cooler.

6. WATER SCENTED WITH ORANGE, GINGER AND CINNAMON (4 SERVINGS)

– Ingredients –

  • 1 liter of water
  • 3 oranges
  • 100g of ginger slices
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Grate the peel from the orange and put it in a jar.
  2. Add the water and a piece of ginger.
  3. Add the orange slices, the rest of the ginger cut also slices and cinnamon sticks.
  4. Place in refrigerator to cool and then serve.
